Well I'm up and going strong! Maybe that's because it's only 9.37 now in Tokio Japan. I have a wonderful view of the Tokyo skyline with the Tokyo tower from my room so Saturday night in my hotel room doesn't look too boring. Yes, I should go out and party, and who knows, maybe I'll do that in a little bit.
So what have I been up to? Well actually I've been up to the same thing I've been doing lately. Wrestling and working out.
Friday morning we all went to the dojo for a little work out. I did some warm ups and then finished with 20 minutes of pull ups, squats and push ups. I paced myself though because I didn't wanna get too burned out. I'll have to try that full speed one day.
In the evening there was the SEM show. I teamed with Shuhei Taniguchi against Amigo Suzuki and Kento Miyahara. Now I met and trained with Amigo Suzuki in the US and Mexico before, so it was good seeing him again. I'm sure CHIKARA fans know him as well. I'm happy for him that he gets a break and he told me he's working for Kensuke Office now, so good for him!
Good for me was that my partner that night was able to pin Amigo and won us the match!
Afterwards it was glorious 24 hour convenient store food for dinner! I had spaghetti carbonara, chicken nuggets and my beloved sausage rolls with crackers... I hope that sausage roll part didn't sound too wrong. Then I watched 2 and a half Men till I fell asleep.
Today was a little more laid back. Well actually more "laying in bed" I woke up early but didn't go to the gym till well in the afternoon. So I spend most of the day laying in bed watching, guess what, right 2 and 1/2 Men. I also watched some Youtube. And i discovered one of my all time favorite videos, so check it out!

After the gym it was back to the room, this time combined with a nice little nap. Recovery nap I call it. Did you know your muscles grow when you sleep?
Dinner was at the good old Seizeryia (I'm sure I spelled that wrong). Instead of the usual Hamburger steak I had pizza and spaghetti today! I'm such a rebel!
Now I'm back in my room and I'm exited for a good Sunday afternoon show tomorrow! The Kings of Wrestling will team up with the Mexican sensation Ricky Marvin and take on Akitoshi Saito, Yoshinobu Kanemaru and Kotaro Suzuki!
Oh! I almost forgot an exiting detail! There's a big Panasonic building next to the hotel. And they have all the latest Panasonic stuff out for display. Since I'm a gadget nut that's great, but the really great thing is that they have like 2 Nintento Wiis hooked up for people to play!
I couldn't play today since there were many kids, Saturday, but I figured during the week there won't be many people and I can play! Whooo! I keep you updated how that works out!
I hope those blogs are not too boring, but judging on the hits they are. So I'll wrap up another boring blog with some pictures from me and Hero's first match over here!

Claudio, it is good to hear that your world travels are going well! I'm wondering, what are your favorite and least favorite parts about all of this travel?
I have my ROH tickets for January 31 in Chicago, I'm excited to see you in action! Stay safe, my friend!
Whatever your statistics say about the hits, these blogs are not boring at all! Keep them coming, it is ex(c)iting to hear what you are doing overseas! ;-)
I check in every few days; with the start of semester, I have significantly less time to comment anywhere!
Enjoy your road trip!
Hi Keith,
I'm actually a big fan of traveling. So it's kind of hard to pick my least favorite parts.
I'd say getting up early, standing in line forever with people in front that don't know what they are doing and not being able to eat / work out right.
Also there are always unique things that will happen that can be annoying.
