Yes, indeed I'm in Japan!
So I figured I'd post a little diary with what I've been doing.
I flew out Saturday from Philly to Chicago. Because it's January and the weather god felt like it, snow was falling in Chicago. Yes my grammar is funny, get over it.
Thanks to the snow I spent 17 instead of only 13 lovely hours on board of the plane that eventually took me to Japan. good thing I slept for 3 of the first 4 hours, the bad thing was that the plane hadn't even taked off at that point.
To make the flight go by quicker i watched "Eagle Eye" which i thought was a passable movie. I'd give it two and a half stars. Wall-e was on as well and I watched bits and pieces of that one too. Still a great movie, possibly my favorite all year. People who don't like it, visit a doctor.
I also listened to some Swiss Comedians, but you guys wouldn't understand it, so I'm not going to re-tell the jokes.
Finally we go to Japan and checked in the hotel. After a great night of sleep. I woke up 4 times, and I'd like to take a minute and thank the person who called me repeatedly at 2.30 in the morning, and finally decided to just get up at 8 in the morning.
Having nothing to do I just watched Youtube all morning. Yes boring I know. Finally we went to our first show of the tour at Differ in Ariake.
It was great and myself and Chris Hero beat Takeshi Morishima and Makoto Hashi with Hero pinning Hashi after the KRS1.
My personal best Big Swinging Morishima for 2 rotations... i will do better in the future, I promise.
After a nice Hamburger Steak and a great episode of "Two and a half men", which is a great show, I went to sleep and slept like a baby. After waking up i wasn't bored this time and was joined by Bobby Fish, who's amazing by the way and made my way to the NOAH Dojo to work out. I though I work out hard, but Mr. Fish made me realize that I can work out a lot harder. Hat off to you Mr. Fish!
After that it was some more Hamburger Steak for Lunch, combined with free refills on coffee and cappuccino.
Back here at the Hotel I finished up my column for the German Power-Wrestling magazine (Yes, I'm an acclaimed writer as well) and wrote this masterpiece!
Be prepared for lots more!
Tomorrow the Kings of Wrestling will join forces with above mentioned Bobby Fish and will take on the trio of Takuma Sano, Takashi Sugiura and Yoshihiro Takayama...
Stay tuned!
