...is Hugh Jackman!
Yes I watched the Oscars last night and was hoping Mickey Rourke would win one of the prestigious statues.
Sean Penn won, and to be honest that's cool in my books too!
Also I was super exited when the Pineapple express mentioned Necro Butcher!
Now I haven't written a blog in quiet some time. Neither did I post pictures! That should all change in the next couple of days! And I'm really exited about it, but more about that at the given time!
Also I just got back in the groove after traveling a lot so I just enjoyed being home. Now I can get back to ranting here on my little place to rant!
Next weekend are the first even ROH TV taping! If you have DirecTV or Dish Network satellite services or the cable systems of Charter Communications, Insight Communications, Bright House Networks, Mediacom, Time Warner Cable, Verizon FiOS, and WOW! Internet Cable Phone you'll be able to watch ROH wrestling every Saturday at 8 o'clock starting at March 21st!
Comcast should follow soon! For more info, click here: http://www.hd.net/factsheet.html
Are you exited? I know I am!
But now to the topic of this blog! Hugh Jackman is the man! He's an actor who plays such bada$$ characters like Wolverine, got voted as the worlds sexiest man, can sing and dance. Now that deserves a hats off in my book. I'm sure he's a great cook too.
I'm also pretty upset that Fabio got voted off Top Chef! That's not cool. Mainly because he's the man! Now Stefan has to win!
Now I'm off to fix some food myself! Petri Heil!

Upset over
my stupid phone!
Yes it's true! What happened is that the memory card I have in my phone doesn't work anymore all of a sudden.
Now this happened before. Most of the time when I dropped my phone, it stopped recognizing the card so i had to restart the phone.
When I do that now, it asks me if I wanna format the card, which of course i don't want to!
The main problem is that I have all my Japan pictures from my recent trip on there as well as some other great pictures I wanted to share with people.
So that's pretty upsetting to me! I guess I'll have to get a new phone after all!

At home fitness...
... with yours truly!
Now if I'm on the road in the US I usually manage to get into a gym for free. That's because gyms in the US rule.
In Switzerland on the other hand it costs 15 CHF (at the moment 15$) for a single gym visit. The gym here rule too, but only if you're a yearly member.
So, thanks to my old pal Mark Wolf, who by the way is a workout nut, I tried something he told me about a week ago.
Take a deck of cards. Now since I'm in Switzerland I take Swiss cards. They go from 6 to 9 and then have 4 high cards and an ace.
Assign an exercise to a color, I for example did those: squats, lunges, push ups, diamond push ups. Now put the deck upside down, pick a hard and do the number it says on the card. 6-9 is self explanatory, for high cards you do 10 and for an ace 20!
Fun!
Now if you mastered that, try this: for every card you do the number in push ups, squats AND sit ups.
So three exercises per card!
Even more FUN!

1, 2, 3 from Philly to Germany...
... if you wanna come party with me, come join the family yo, so let's go yo!
If you know from what song that line is, holla back! (I modified one of the places though...)
Now after spending one weekend in the United Staates of America, USoA, I decided I needed another break.
What what would be better than sitting in an airplane and fly to Germany. So that's what I did.
I used to remember Lufthansa as one of the upper class airlines, but on this international flight it wasn't as cool as I remembered. Mainly because I didn't have my own TV, they just had one big overhead TV. The movie that was playing was Vicky Anette Barcelona, or something like that. Eitherway I didn't care for it.
I landed in Frankfurt and I made my way to the train station. I must say that the new Lufthansa Lounge at Frankfurt International is amazing!
The I made my way to the railway station where I took the train to Köln. Deutsche Bahn is great, because it's always a pleasure riding in it. Clean, quiet, just the way public transportation should be!
After being picked up in Köln Mr. Fly and The Obermacker Mr. Kovac as well as myself watched the ski worldcup men's downhill. It was great. Switzerland won silver and bronze! Go Switzerland! I forgot how much fun Skiraces are!
It was great being part of the 100 wXw show! There were not that many fans, since their big show is going to be next month. But the people who were there seemed to have a great time.
Now as many of you know I started out at wXw. I had my first match there at their first show in 2000. It was Christmas Eve. To be there for their 100 show, like 7 years later felt so sureal. If I'm correct only Tas, the referee was there at the beginning aswell.
Of course he was reffing my match so that made a big part of my career come full circle.
It's crazy to think back. I started out wrestling in sneakers, a t-shirt with the arms cut off and jean shorts. Oh and I was about 20 kilogramms lighter.
2009 has been a good year so far!
PS: No spellcheck available, so disregard the bad spelling.

100
I'm pretty exited right now. I'm on board of lufthansa flight 427 on my way to germany for wxw. It's going to be their 100 show! This is pretty special for me because i was there for show 1! And for the following 4 years. So to say i'm looking forward to it would be an understatement.
There were some problems with cancelations for the show but i hope everybody will still come and have a great time! Because that's what it's going to be!
Alright they're yelling at me to switch my phone off. I shall see you in germany!
PS: in case you're wondering why i'm not at ROH this weekend, the weekend is called proving ground, and i don't think i have anything to prove!

Interview
Hey!
So yesterday this Blog only got 8 hits... 8!! I'll have to do something that this is not happening anymore! Step one would be post this interview that I did for fnlutte.com who's a big deal in France and Canada.
Read away!
1)How did you start wrestling? Were you a wrestling fan as a child?
Now that seems like the standard interview question. And it still gets asked every single time. I wasn't a wrestlingfan as a child. I started because I wanted to travel the world and make money. Which is what I'm doing now. I'm currently in Japan wrestling for Pro-Wrestling NOAH which is the biggest company over here.
2)For you what's the differences and similarities between Chikara, PWG & ROH?
Well they are all wrestling companies, so that's the similarity. Chikara is more Family oriented, PWG is on the west coast and ROH is the number 3 company in the US. Which would be the differences between the companies.
Other differences would be that in CHIKARA you will find a lucha influenced style with many smaller and masked guys. PWG pretty much features a mix of west coast wrestlers and a couple of east cost guys. So it's basically a hybrid and the only big indy group on the west coast. ROH features the creme de la creme of guys who wrestle on the independent circus as well as stars from Japan every now and again.
3)What brought you your travel to Japan and particularly to NOAH?
A whole lot of experience and a new outlook on wrestling. It's a very refreshing experience to wrestle in Japan and it helps me to keep improving.
4)You're one of the few European do this job in the United States. How do you explain this?
I am tremendously talented and was able to move to the US. There are only very few people who can make a living of what I do and I am one of them. That speaks for itself.
5)CZW, Chikara, ROH, you are one of the most popular and requested wrestlers. How far do you think you can go?
The sky is the limit for me. I always set new and higher goals for myself. And we shall see where it takes me!
6)In 2006, you have had an unfortunate experience with the WWE. Have you closed the door or do you think go back in the future?
Now what was so unfortunate about this? I learned and gained a lot from that experience. You always need to see the positive side in life. And why would I close the door like you mentioned? That would be pretty stupid of me and if we learned one thing this far then it's that I'm smarter than the average person.
7)Is there a chance to see again one day the "Kings of Wrestling" together? How did you meet Chris Hero?
As a matter of fact we've been teaming here in japan the last 7 shows and there is one more show to come tomorrow. I met him in Germany when he wrestled there back in 2002 I think.
8)What's the opponent who have you the most impressed in the ring? Who is the guy what you dream to wrestle?
I think I impress every guy i wrestle. Plus everybody who watches me. I'm very impressed with Nigel McGuinnes. He's been the ROH champion for a record time! He has defeated every body for over a year. Hats off to him.
John Cena.
9)Do you think you can win the ROH World Title one day?
Yes, without a doubt.
10)Where does your "Hey" word come from?
Usually from my mouth. Sometimes the fans yell it as well though. It's a word that exist in most languages too.
It's just something I say when I wrestle and it caught on.
11)Your personal wishes for 2009?
Stay healthy, travel more and be successful! Also peace on earth.
