pan!
The first week is behind me and the second already started! Now the second holds considerably less shows than the first week. Which means more days off and time to explore stuff. So today me and Hero went to the Venus Fort, a mall close to the hotel we're staying to do some exploring. We found some cool stuff, including a 3000$ Leather jacket, but good news, it was 50% off. That was easily trumped by a 4000$ suit and even a 200$ hat. Good stuff!
I also found a Starbucks which I enjoyed. The only bad news is that they don't accept the American version of the Starbucks card. The upside of that is that I won't be walking there every day now. Not to worry because I've got Starbucks VIA with me (one of the great Christmas / Birthday presents I got).
For those of you who speak (and read) Japanese, you should check out Chris Hero's Japanese Blog at http://thechrishero.blogspot.com/ . He writes almost daily updates.
Yes that's true this is a picture of "The European Jasmine Tea" I did not purchase that but I took a picture of it. There are more pictures to come once i get home.
Now, the tour for Pro-Wrestling NOAH is great so far. Last night me and Chris had our second Global Tag League match against Morishima and Kensuke which we lost thanks to an Northern Lights Bomb courtesy of Mr. Sasaki, unhappily received by yours truly.
Never the less we didn't go down without a fight and since it was taped for Japanese TV hopefully you'll be able to watch it.
You should also be able to watch the six man from the night before which was basically the warm up match for this one with Marufuji joining Kensuke and Morishima while Ricky Marvin joined the KoW.
Just in case you find any pictures online, let me know because I couldn't.
Thanks to shows in Nagoya and Kyoto we drove around the countryside a little too which I love. It reminds me so much of home. Mountains, little villages and tunnels. All the good stuff!
I wish we would have some more time in Kyoto so I could go pay my respects to one of Switzerland's greatest, Andy Hug. If you don't know who he is, you need to check this out:
Yes, he's awesome!
Tomorrow we have a SEM show at Differ Ariake, which should be fun. Followed up next Friday with our last Tag League Match against Takuma Sano and Yoshihiro Takayama. A tough one but hey, I'm already exited about it.
But now I will need some sleep! Thanks for checking in and have a great day!

Andy was a really great fighter.
He was very popular in Japan and I loved him so much.
When he passed away I was really sad.
You seem to enjoying your stay in Japan :)
Good luck in your next match!
Please say hello to Chris ;)
I read his Japanese Blog.
You can write your name in Japanese can't you?
Sugoi!
Nihongo wa muzukashii desuka?
Ganbatte kudasai!
%50 off is always a plus almost no matter where it is. Almost.
Claudio.. make sure you go to Ghibli Studios around Tokyo. It's apparently greatness.
